The official language of the CUICA is English. However, there will be some sessions for papers submitted in Arabic.

The submission can be either a full paper (for the presentation in Main Sessions) or an Abstract (for the presentation in Research Forums or Posters). We welcome submissions (in English or in Arabic) in any area of accounting.

Each corresponding author is limited to submitting one paper only and will need to register to attend the conference. In case of multiple submissions with the same author(s), each submission has to have a different corresponding author.

For accepted submissions to be included in the conference programme, the corresponding author needs to register for the conference by 31 July 2015.

Two files for each submission should be emailed to Int.ACC@foc.cu.edu.eg as follows:
  • The Title Page in WORD format including (the paper title, all authors names and their affiliations and full address), and for corresponding author include Email and telephone number (including country code).
  • The Main Document in PDF format, including only the title of paper, an abstract (no more than 300 words), 4-6 keywords, and content of the paper. Please Do Not include in the main document any information that can identify the author(s).
Please prepare your submission using the following format: A4 size paper, Single line space, One inch margin all around, and Times New Roman 12.

Full papers can be considered for publication in a special issue of either Journal of Accounting in Emerging Economies (Published by Emerald) or Egyptian Accounting Review (Published by Cairo University). Please indicate which journal you would like your paper to be considered for publication. There will be NO submission/publication fees for both journals.
